Betaine Anhydrous Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 2.5 grams (2 and 1/2 scoops) 45 minutes to an hour prior to working out or take 1.5 grams (1 and 1/2 scoops) prior to working out and 1 scoop spaced approximately 8 hours before or after. On non-workout days, take 1.5 grams (1 and 1/2 scoops) in the morning and 1 scoop in the evening. Betaine Anhydrous can be taken with or without food.
This product is intended for healthy adults over 18 years of age. Consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. This product should not be used by women that are pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you have any pre-existing medical condition or are taking any medication without consulting your physician.
