How Do I Take Bucked Up BAMF?

Mix 1 scoop of Bucked Up into 6-8 oz of water 15-30 minutes prior to physical activity. Due to it's potency, we recommend taking no more than 1 scoop. Do nit exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
