Payment Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lockout Industries LLC. Please review our payment policy carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth checkout process.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently offer several payment options. All payments are not instantly processed require manual confirmation before your order is marked as paid and released for fulfillment.

1. Credit / Debit Card (Secure Payment Link)

Please read carefully before selecting this option.

This payment method does not capture payment automatically at checkout.

After clicking Complete Order, you will receive a secure payment email from:

  • The email will include a secure link to enter your card details.

  • The reference number in that email may differ from your order number. This is normal.

  • Click the blue “Proceed with my Transaction” button in the email to complete payment.

  • Once payment is successful, your order will move forward to fulfillment.

  • The charge descriptor on your bank statement will appear as “Growthedge Madrid.”

For non-US customers:

  • Please enter your full address accurately to ensure your payment link generates properly.

By clicking Complete Order, you acknowledge and understand this process.

2. Electronic Check (E-Check) Options

We currently offer the following Electronic Check payment providers:

Green.Money Electronic Check

After placing your order, you will receive an email from Green by Phone, Inc with the subject:

“Lockout Industries LLC - Invoice”

This email will contain instructions to securely submit your electronic check.

  • Your order will be marked as Payment Pending after checkout.

  • Please check the email address you used during checkout.

  • Once your electronic check is successfully submitted and verified, your order will move forward in our fulfillment process.

OpenPath Payments (E-Check)

OpenPath Payments is also processed as an electronic check.

After clicking Complete Order, payment instructions will be provided to submit your e-check through OpenPath.

  • Your order will remain in Payment Pending status until payment is received.

  • Once your electronic check clears and is verified, your order will be marked as Paid and released for fulfillment.

3. Cash App

To pay using Cash App:

  1. Open the Cash App on your phone or use one of the following links in your browser:

  2. Send the total amount shown at checkout to either:

    • $ChristyGreen1

    • $GlennGreen7

  3. In the Notes section, please write "Gift" or use an emoji of your choosing

  4. Return to checkout and click Complete Order once funds are sent.

Your order will remain pending until payment is verified.

4. Personal Check

Please make checks payable to:

5. Alternate Payment Options

If you require a different payment arrangement:

  1. Click Complete Order at checkout.

  2. Contact our office during business hours:

Order Processing & Payment Confirmation

  • Orders remain in Payment Pending status until payment is received and verified.

  • Once confirmed, your order status updates to Paid.

  • Orders then move into fulfillment.

  • Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Important Payment Rules

  • Payment must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order.

  • Orders not paid within 30 minutes may be canceled without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order with delayed, incomplete, or unverified payment.

  • No order will enter fulfillment without confirmed payment.
